Payment and Orders
We will only move forward with your order once we've received payment in full. Our operation doesn't function on a credit system, thus it is compulsory for the full payment to be made to us before an order is finalized.
Delivery and Shipping
1.1 All transportation costs are incorporated in the final bill corresponding to the order. We expressly disclaim any liability for product damage during transit. The company is not accountable for delayed delivery as well.
1.2 We urge customers to inspect their goods when picking them up from the store. The company is not liable for any damage or loss of the album. It's also important to assess the quality of the product and images before finalizing the pick-up. Any issues detected post-pickup might bring about repair expenses, for which the company doesn't hold responsibility.
GST and Tax
Each purchase incurs GST fees, along with possible additional taxes based on the specifics of the purchase. A GST receipt can be provided upon request.
Album Rights
By availing of our services, you grant us permission to showcase your albums as model visuals for our marketing campaigns. This could encompass the inclusion of images of the customer or the person the album is created for, posted on our digital platforms or social channels as part of promotional material
