ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All orders placed with G Album are custom, handcrafted products designed and produced based on the files and specifications you provide. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, production begins and orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing with our team.
Prices, package details, and turnaround times are shared at the time of quotation and may vary based on materials, size, page count, and customisation. G Album reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms, contains unlawful content, or cannot be reasonably fulfilled.
CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP
All images, designs, and files submitted to G Album remain the property of the photographer or customer who provided them. By submitting files for production, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it, and you authorise G Album to print, bind, and dispatch the final product on your behalf.
All content on this website, including the G Album name, logo, photographs, and sample work, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Sample images on our website are shared with permission of the photographers and remain their property.
DELIVERY AND LIABILITY
G Album handcrafts every order with care, but slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and the materials used. These variations are not considered defects. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, or factors outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, third-party links on this website, or misuse of content shared with us. For any concerns regarding a delivered order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
